LaBrita’s leadership style stems from her 28 years of service with the U. S. Army. As she ended her military career, she acquired her real estate experience to help others build wealth through homeownership and other real estate ventures. Shortly after, she embarked on her entrepreneurship journey to become the Co-owner of Lezra Commercial Cleaning from 2006 to 2013.

LaBrita became a licensed real estate agent in October of 2012. When she joined Ready Real Estate, she immediately began making a powerful impact with first-time homebuyers. While remembering her roots with the military, LaBrita made sure to reach out to veterans looking for a Realtor® who understood their unique perspectives and needs. LaBrita instinctively knew she was the perfect fit, and thus secured and still serves her targeted veteran client base.

With a mindset for greatness, LaBrita formed The KLS Realty Group in 2017. She maintains her strong relationship with Ready Real Estate as she trains and mentors new real estate agents entering the brokerage.

Now, after so many wonderful years of experience, LaBrita has earned several awards of achievement. Those achievements include Top Producer, 2014; Million Dollar Producer, 2016; Million Dollar Producer, 2018; Two Million Dollar Producer, 2019; and Four Million Dollar Producer, 2020. Now, LaBrita is aiming to become a real estate broker.

Beyond her duties as a passionate and driven real estate professional, LaBrita is a devoted family woman and contributor in her community. She volunteers with the Good News Club Ministry at her church. She also volunteers with the Read to Win Program organized by the Crowley Independent School District. LaBrita also exercises her creative talent by functioning as the stage manager for the acclaimed gospel playwriter, Evelyn Jones Read. To top all of that off, she further serves as a notary public and certified loan signing agent in the state of Texas. As LaBrita continues to excel and build her network, as well as advance her skills for her clientele, she remains ever committed to serving her community just as well as she has served our country.
